Incorporation
Kyoung’s Pacific Beat was founded as Pacific Beat Collective on Jan. 1, 2011 and was a fiscally sponsored project of Fractured Atlas from June 14, 2012 through June 2, 2021. The company was renamed Kyoung’s Pacific Beat on August 26, 2014 as an unincorporated DBA.
Kyoung’s Pacific Beat, Inc. incorporated as a non-profit on March 17, 2021 and received 501(c)3 tax-exemption status on May 11, 2021.
